Background & Experience

Confused Apes is led by a practitioner with a background spanning 25+ years experience in design, engineering, and Cloud based SaaS large-scale system delivery. In addition, we partner with many industry professionals and trusted partners.

With formal training in business, visual arts, photography and graphic design, followed by a degree in computer science, our work sits at the intersection of systems thinking, user experience, and technical execution. Over the past several years, we've led integration and workflow initiatives on complex, high-value projects — where reliability, clarity, and accountability matter. As we move forward with the adoption of Agentic systems we have continued to evolve our understanding and thinking including certifications in Agentic AI Product Design in 2025 and Agent Workflows in 2026.
